The goal was to make the level of the real teams where the stat of the players
are finally respected, giving specific commands:

DIFFICULTY_TEAM_LEVEL =
"0,1,2," // 0 =
TEAM_SMALL, 1 = TE
AM_MEDIUM, 2 = TEAM_BIG
0 = 20 ..
1 = 50..2 = 70 ..

To do this I had to leave the Legend level because I noticed that the characterizations
they failed, so I recommend playing Superstar to fully see the gameplay changes.

使用方法：
1、下载解压缩
2、将文件复制到PES2021文件夹下 。
